It was an atmosphere of commotion and grief on Friday as four storey building under construction collapsed in Jabi area of Abuja, trapping both local workers and foreigners.
As at the time of gathering this story, at least ten people are being trapped in the collapsed structure even as rescue efforts have stated.
It was gathered that the affected building has been abandoned for several years before the owner mobilized workers to the site to continue building.
Efforts are onging by emergency workers to rescue some of the survivors in the building.
The National Emergency Management Agency Fire service, Nigeria security and civil defense corps are said to have all arrived the scene.
